About Us :: Purpose
-
The Precast Concrete Association of New York (PCANY) is a marketing and educational association.
It has historically focused on working with various state and local government agencies within New York.
The broader mission of PCANY is to increase market share of all precast concrete products.
PCANY sponsors design seminars and workshops, encourages more concrete structural and product design
in technical schools, publishes a monthly newsletter on new developments and current projects and uses of precast concrete, provides design software, sponsors a web page and makes informational calls
on consultants as well as various New York state agencies such as DOT, DEC, OGS, and the Thruway Authority.

We also offer lunch box talks on precast and prestressed concrete related topics, most with AIA Learning Units
or PDH's for engineers.
